Terms & Conditions

Payment details are taken and stored securely by TimelyPay for all bookings and will be used to take payment on completion of your appointment. These card details will also be used in the event of late cancellation or changes within 24 hours of the booked appointment, or a missed appointment. 

Booking reminders will be sent by email/sms 48 hours prior, however, we do not take any responsibility for undelivered emails/sms. We cannot guarantee delivery of these complimentary reminders. 

Our treatment timings are 'hands-on' time and do not take into account undressing/dressing time and payment. Please allow extra time at the parking meter to avoid being in a rush.

Changes to booked appointments can be made up to 24 hours before the booked appointment. No cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the appointment booking.

Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the appointment booking will be charged 50% of the booked treatment price. 

The full price of the booked treatment will be charged for a missed appointment or "no-show"

Courses of treatment or packages must be paid for in advance and in full. The cancellation terms above apply to all bookings. These are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Each package has a limited time for use and all treatments must be used before the date of expiry. Any unused treatments after the expiry date will be lost. It is the clients responsibility to book the treatments within the allocated time frame.

Gift Vouchers are valid for use against treatments or products at HG Beauty Therapy, Harrogate. 

Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. 

HG Beauty Therapy is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. 

Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
